Experience Haydn’s The Seven Last Words of Christ for string quartet, one of the most profound works from the classical canon, in a performance led by Aaron Boyd, director of chamber music at the Meadows School, with select students from the Meadows chamber music program. Dr. Samuel S. Holland, Algur H. Meadows Dean and award-winning professor of music at the Meadows School, joins the ensemble as narrator, reading vivid accounts from the gospels of Matthew, John and Luke.
